In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "plr888" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at plr888.com, including all associated pages, services, tools, and features.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on plr888 or otherwise accesses or uses any part of the plr888 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account opened by a Player on plr888, through which the Player accesses platform services, holds a PKR balance, and participates in games and betting markets.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their plr 888 account using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by plr888 to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the base currency of all plr888 account balances and transactions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time by plr888.

By accessing the plr888 platform, creating a plr888 account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on plr888, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the plr888 platform. plr888 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 or who has previously been excluded from the platform for any reason.

Access to and use of the plr888 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active plr888 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

All information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details, must be accurate and truthful. plr888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

plr888 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Before processing any withdrawal, plr888 may require you to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

You may request closure of your plr888 account at any time by contacting the plr888 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plr888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply to all registered plr888 Players:

plr888 accepts deposits via the following verified Pakistani and international payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, Debit Card, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. All account balances are maintained in PKR.

Deposits made through JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, and other supported institutions may take one to three business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. plr888 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. plr888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its inactive account policy, details of which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any fee being applied. Real money balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

plr888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and tracked separately from the Real Money Balance.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the withdrawable Real Money Balance.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through related accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
• plr888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice where possible.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

All casino games available on the plr888 platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, virtual table games, and specialty games — are subject to the following general rules:

• All plr888 casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Published RTP percentages are available for all games within the plr888 game library.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, plr888 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct game state at the time of the interruption. Where the game state cannot be reliably determined, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

• Game results recorded in the plr888 system are final and binding. In the event of a dispute between the Player's displayed result and the plr888 server record, the server record shall prevail.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to certain games, particularly when playing with an active Bonus Balance. Exceeding maximum bet limits during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

plr888 offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, football, tennis, UFC, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the plr888 platform:

All bets are subject to acceptance by plr888. plr888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the case of PSL and cricket matches, results are determined by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable. In the event of a result dispute, plr888's decision shall be final.

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the Player's Real Money Balance, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement. plr888 operates a short delay between bet placement and acceptance for live markets. Bets that are placed and confirmed before an odds change during this delay period will be settled at the confirmed odds at the time of acceptance, not at subsequently updated odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plr888 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one plr888 account, including accounts under different names or identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the plr888 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting an identified error are subject to forfeiture.

plr888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The plr888 responsible gaming programme includes the following tools and policies, all of which are available to registered Players at all times through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.

All content on the plr888 platform — including but not limited to the plr888 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of plr888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the plr888 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any plr888 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of plr888 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action. All third-party game content displayed on plr888 remains the property of the respective game studios and is used under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plr888 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the plr888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the plr888 platform, regardless of the circumstances of play.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from platform use or unavailability.
• Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays outside plr888's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to or use of a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional information arising from technical errors, provided that plr888 takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.

plr888's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the plr888 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms limits plr888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

plr888 collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a plr888 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the plr888 Privacy Policy.

plr888 implements industry-standard security measures to protect Player personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the plr888 platform are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.

plr888 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention purposes, or as required by law.

plr888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, plr888 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed prominently on the plr888 platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the relevant notice, or immediately upon publication on this page where no specific effective date is stated. Continued use of the plr888 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the plr888 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which plr888 holds its international gaming authorisation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plr888 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
